Continuing the wellbeing journey
For many children and families, the 6 foundations provide the understanding, confidence and practical tools they need to continue flourishing long after the programme has finished.
As children grow, they naturally encounter new experiences and challenges. If you would like to revisit the Wellbeing Journey, refresh particular Wellbeing Tools or focus on a new area of growth, optional wellbeing sessions are available.

SUPPORT BEYOND THE SESSION
Their journey.
Tools to support it.
Alongside this, parents and carers receive a mix of resources to help support the wellbeing journey at home. These may include simple guides, reflection prompts and practical activities, adapted to your young person’s age and the themes being explored.
You do not need to recreate the session at home. The resources offer manageable ways to build understanding and encourage everyday practice.
Coaching sessions give your child or teenager their own space to explore and grow.

UNDERSTANDING THE SUPPORT
Wellbeing coaching.
Practical skills for life.
Empower Young Minds is a coaching service focused on self-understanding, confidence and practical wellbeing skills. It is not a mental health service and does not provide counselling, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment for mental health conditions.
Coaching does not replace professional mental health care and is not a crisis service. An initial conversation helps us consider whether coaching is the right fit; some needs may be better supported by a GP or an appropriate mental health professional.
