WHEN A LITTLE SUPPORT COULD HELP
Life brings all sorts
of growing moments.
You might be noticing changes. Your young person might be asking for help.
Sometimes, it is simply hard to know where to start.
Worries & emotions
Worrying about school, feeling overwhelmed or finding frustration hard to manage.
Confidence & self-belief
Fear of getting things wrong, negative self-talk or holding back from something new.
Friendships & relationships
Friendship fallouts, feeling left out or finding it hard to speak up.
Sleep Challenges, Change & transitions
Sleep - difficulties settling, waking up and bedtime resistance. Moving school, changes at home or stepping into a new stage of life.
Everyday pressures
Schoolwork, exams, competing expectations or coping when things don’t go to plan.
Understanding themselves
Making sense of feelings, recognising strengths and noticing what helps them feel settled.
FOR CHILDREN, TEENS & FAMILIES
Support shaped
around you.
One-to-one coaching that starts with the person: their age, experiences, strengths and what matters to them.
FOR SCHOOLS
Wellbeing skills
for growing minds.
Age-appropriate learning that gives children a shared language for feelings, connection and confidence.
SIX FOUNDATIONS. A PERSONAL JOURNEY.
Skills that can
grow with them.
These foundations guide the work. The way we explore them adapts to each child or teenager, with resources to support the journey at home.
01
Self-understanding
Recognising feelings, needs and strengths.
02
Connection
Building supportive, healthy relationships.
03
Self-regulation
Finding ways to respond to big feelings.
04
Confidence
Developing self-belief and taking manageable steps.
05
Problem-solving
Exploring choices and finding a way forward.
06
Growth & resilience
Learning from experience and continuing to grow.

MEET JANE WEBSTER
I’ve spent over 20 years supporting children and families as a paediatric nurse in hospitals, schools and community settings.
I created Empower Young Minds to help young people understand themselves and develop the confidence and skills to flourish.
Wellbeing coaching.
Practical skills for life.
UNDERSTANDING THE SUPPORT
Empower Young Minds is a coaching service focused on self-understanding, confidence and practical wellbeing skills. It is not a mental health service and does not provide counselling, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment for mental health conditions.
Coaching does not replace professional mental health care and is not a crisis service. An initial conversation helps us consider whether coaching is the right fit; some needs may be better supported by a GP or an appropriate mental health professional.
Finding the right support
starts with being heard.
